Comparing Depictions of Angels & Demons

In The Good Place
Demons are:
Immortal beings who wear human-like ‘skin suits’
Capable of ‘human’ emotions (such as anger) and traits (such as getting bored)
Almost never seen in their true forms
Michael is a 6000 foot tall fire squid covered in teeth and Vicky is an acid snake, though neither is shown on-screen.
Toddrick Hemple is the only demon to be seen in his true form.
Capable of change
Their sole purpose is to torture humans for eternity, but in season four they can be seen working alongside Good Place beings in the new system.
Angels are:
Not mentioned
Though there are no ‘angels’ in the series, Good Place beings are the closest to them, as they are the opposite of Bad Place demons.
In Good Omens
Demons are:
Mostly humanoid, with distinct non-human features
Beelzebub has flies buzzing around their face.
Ligur’s eyes constantly change color.
Sometimes more creature-like
Hell’s Usher appears like an obese reptile or gargoyle.
Crowley was a serpent before taking on a human form.
Very chaotic
The anti-Christ mix-up.
Most of them do not know what a computer is (Hastur).
Angels are:
Humanoid
They cannot ‘die’ but can disincorporate (lose their human bodies).
They also have wings.
Impeccably clean
Also chaotic
Gabriel

In Constantine (2005)
Demons are:
Ghost-like and deformed, with vaguely humanoid forms (lower demons)
Devoid of thought and emotion (lower demons)
Able to take on human forms (higher demons, such as Balthazar)
Incapable of change
Angels are:
Referred to as ‘half-breeds’ (term considered derogatory)
Able to take on human forms
They have wings.
Possibly capable of going against purpose
Gabriel envies humanity and works with Mammon to destroy them.
In Dante's Inferno
Demons are:
Mindless creatures
Their sole purpose is to consume.
Incapable of change
